Nicole Wesselmann
Associate
Ms. Wesselmann is an associate in M&K's New York City office practicing in the areas of toxic tort and asbestos litigation. She has extensive experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, court appearances, trial preparation and negotiating dismissals and settlements in the defense of manufacturers and contractors in the New York City Asbestos Litigation. Prior to joining M&K, Ms. Wesselmann worked on a variety of toxic tort matters in the State Courts of New York. She also interned for several non-profit agencies where she gained valuable civil litigation experience.
Ms. Wesselmann graduated from Reed College in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. She received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2006. While at Fordham, Ms. Wesselmann was a Notes & Articles Editor for the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and was the recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Magna Cum Laude Public Service Award. She is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
