Mr. Ross is a senior civil litigator who has defended a wide variety of cases in the areas of Labor Law, Medical Malpractice, General Liability, and Insurance Defense. In addition to trying numerous cases, Mr. Ross has successfully argued before the Appellate Division. Mr. Ross is admitted to practice before the New York, Connecticut and Utah State Courts.

Prior to entering civil practice, Mr. Ross served as a prosecutor for the Bronx County District Attorneys' office. His last assignment focused on prosecuting murder cases in the Domestic Violence/Sex Crimes Unit. Upon leaving that office, Mr. Ross served as in-house counsel to Travelers Insurance Company, litigating construction accident cases and other General Liability claims.

Mr. Ross received an Undergraduate Degree from the State University of New York at Albany. He obtained his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in the study of professional responsibility.

Mr. Ross is handling premises liability, negligence, and lead paint claims in the New York office.
