Robert Pollack
Counsel
Robert L. Pollack, Esq. brings to McGivney & Kluger, P.C. over 22 years of successful trial experience in Construction Defect and Commercial Litigation while continuing to offer representation defending product liability and toxic tort claims throughout the State of Florida.
Mr. Pollack has successfully litigated several hundred trials, hearings, arbitrations, administrative proceedings and appeals in both the state and federal courts. He has made many pro hac vice appearances in several other states on behalf of his clients and was appointed by the Collier County Judiciary to serve as a court appointed arbitrator on behalf of the Court.
For over ten years, Mr. Pollack managed his own general civil law practice where he successfully represented the largest Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractor in South West Florida and previously co-represented the largest Lumber Supply Company in Collier County, Florida. Mr. Pollack has also successfully represented many homeowner and condominium associations with their construction defect claims. His Construction Defect practice has included but is not limited to such areas as Contractor Licensing, Perfection and Foreclosure of Construction Liens, Bond Claims, Bid Disputes, Equitable Liens, and Insurance.
Mr. Pollack completed his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University and graduated from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of both the Florida State Bar and Broward County Bar Associations.
