Edward F. Nelson joined the firm in late 2003 as Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for the fiscal and overall business management of the firm. He now serves as Personnel Manager with supervisory responsibilities in the areas of human resources, management training and corporate real estate. Mr. Nelson has a significant managerial history in both public and privately held corporations over the last twenty years. Specifically, he has directed US operations for a multi-national Japanese owned information services conglomerate; served as operating director for a publicly traded medical technology corporation and served as a management consultant to the New York Yankees.

Mr. Nelson earned an undergraduate degree from Rowan University (formerly Glassboro State College) and a Master of Arts from Columbia University. He has authored several articles, published in Japan, on US business practices and the impact of EEO and affirmative action practices on international corporations.
