Kerry L. Moore, MPH
Associate
Kerry Moore is currently an associate in our firm's Boston office. Her current practice focuses on the defense of complex toxic tort and product liability cases. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Moore had five years of experience providing cost effective and successful solutions for clients in the defense of complex toxic tort and product liability suits on a local, regional and national level for a Boston law firm. She helped implement her firm's role as Defendants' Liaison Counsel in the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Asbestos Litigation by resolving discovery disputes between plaintiffs' counsel and co-defense counsel; developing medical defenses for medical defense group members; and acting as a liaison between co-defense counsel and the courts in matters relating to setting of trial dates and resolving discovery disputes.
Her experience also included representation of clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Ms. Moore received her undergraduate degree in 1998 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and received both a Master of Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine and a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in 2005. She is admitted to practice in the Superior Court and U.S. District Court of Massachusetts and in 2009 she was recognized as a "Rising Star" by Massachusetts Super Lawyers and Boston Magazine. Ms. Moore is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Women's Bar Association of Massachusetts and the Defense Research Institute.
