Mr. McNulty has and continues to defend a wide variety of general liability and toxic tort matters in the area of asbestos and chemical exposure, automobile, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability and professional liability. Additionally, Mr. McNulty is also National Coordinating Counsel for several clients with cases in over twenty states. He coordinates the defense and conducts trials in each of these jurisdictions.

Mr. McNulty received his Bachelor's degree from Kutztown University and his Juris Doctorate from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. At Dickinson, Mr. McNulty served as a Senior Editor and Symposium Articles Editor for the Pennsylvania State Environmental Law Review. His article, "Pennsylvania Right to Farm Laws Afford No Real Protection to the Pennsylvania Farmers" was published in the Pennsylvania State Environmental Law Review. Additionally, Mr. McNulty was a member of the American Trial Lawyer's Association Trial Moot Court Team. Mr. McNulty is admitted in practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. McNulty is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Litigation Section and the Franklin County Bar Association.

Upon graduating law school, Mr. McNulty served as President Law Clerk to the Honorable John R. Walker, President Judge for the 39th Judicial District of Pennsylvania. His prior experience also consisted of working for a national insurance defense firm in their central PA office, and the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office in the Tobacco Enforcement Section.
