Mallory A. Sullivan
Associate
Ms. Sullivan is an associate based in MK&C's New York City office. She began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Justice Lawrence L. Koontz, Jr. on the Virginia Supreme Court, and was subsequently the recipient of a one-year fellowship for pro bono work. Immediately prior to joining McGivney, Kluger & Cook, Ms. Sullivan worked in complex corporate litigation for a major international law firm.
Ms. Sullivan graduated cum laude from Washington and Lee School of Law in 2012. While in law school, she served on the upper editorial board of the Washington and Lee Law Review as Symposium Editor, overseeing a conference on Regulation in the Fringe Economy. Ms. Sullivan also volunteered with VITA, was selected as a Burks Scholar, and was initiated into Omicron Delta Kappa. In 2009, Ms. Sullivan graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University’s Calloway School of Business and Accountancy with a degree in business, a minor in anthropology, and a concentration in international studies. At Wake Forest, Ms. Sullivan’s academic accolades included ACC Scholar Athlete, Pro Humanitate Scholar, Heritage Scholar, and induction into Delta Phi Alpha, Lambda Alpha, and Mortar Board Honor Societies; she was also a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, a Division I cheerleader, and completed research projects in Honduras and Austria.
Ms. Sullivan’s published work includes When The Bezzle Bursts: The Restitutionary Distribution of Assets After Ponzi Schemes Enter Bankruptcy, 68 WASH. & LEE L. REV. 1589 (2011).
Ms. Sullivan is admitted to practice in New York, Florida, South Carolina, and the District of Columbia.
