Mr. Lundry has been practicing for over twenty five years and specializes in insurance defense, asbestos litigation, premises liability, personal injury and construction defect cases. He has extensive trial experience, as well as appellate writ work. Mr. Lundry is a member of the State Bar of California and the Contra Costa County Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court. In 1981, he completed his undergraduate degree in political science at the University of California Berkeley and in 1985 while serving as a member of Legal Research Services and providing pro bono services at senior citizen/indigent client legal clinics, completed his JD at the Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa.
