In his role as Director of Legal Business Operations/Client Services, Mr. Linquito collaborates on a daily basis with our partnership as well as other internal management groups on projects that support and execute the achievement of firm business goals. He helps to manage and to support M&K's best practice guidelines and serves as a liaison to our insurance industry clients.

Before joining our firm in 2004, Mr. Linquito spent over 25 years in the insurance and reinsurance industries. In his capacity as a Senior Claims Officer, he managed two Specialty Line Claim Departments. In addition, he is a former Claims Vice President for a one of the largest reinsurance companies in the world and has authored a number of articles in both the United States and in Europe on a variety of insurance related topics including Environmental & Mass Tort claims management. Mr. Linquito has appeared as a speaker at several insurance and reinsurance industry related conferences and symposiums.  

Mr. Linquito also serves as our business development, team leader and is the managing editor of M&K’s newsletter. In addition he is an active member of our leadership and diversity committees. Jim earned his Juris Doctor from Western New England College of Law, attended William Paterson Graduate School and received his undergraduate degree from Western New England College.
