Michael Lazarus has been a Certified Civil Trial Attorney since 1989. In his distinguished career Mr. Lazarus has tried in excess of 130 civil jury trial cases to verdict. Mike has throughout his professional legal career defended asbestos, chemical exposure, pharmaceutical, medical device, medical malpractice, professional liability, construction defect as well as insurance coverage cases. He will continue to serve as trial counsel in the above areas, as well as assist in the training of our younger attorneys in the area of trial management.

Mr. Lazarus has lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education on a variety of professional and legal topics. In addition he has been a lecturer and quest speaker at several insurance industry related functions. Michael Lazarus completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Rhode Island and is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School. He is barred in the State of New Jersey and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court of New Jersey, as well as in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
