Mr. LaFleche is an associate in the general liability department at the firm’s Hartford, Connecticut office.  He is an experienced litigator with significant trial experience.  During his career Mr. LaFleche has handled hundreds of claims of varying complexity and exposure on behalf of insurance companies and their insureds.

Mr. LaFleche obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History, with honors, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1999.  He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2002.  During law school Mr. LaFleche clerked at a prominent Hartford insurance defense firm. Prior to joining McGivney & Kluger he was associated with Montstream & May, LLP, where he headed its general liability practice for several years.

Mr. LaFleche is admitted to the State Courts of Connecticut and the United States District Court of Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Connecticut Defense Lawyers' Association.
