Christine Kennedy

Associate

Christine Kennedy is an associate in the New York City office. She is involved with the defense of complex toxic tort, labor law, and product liability claims and also pursues claims on behalf of M&K plaintiffs in New York state and federal courts. Ms. Kennedy is admitted to the New York State Bar as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, where she has argued at both the trial and appellate level. Before joining our firm, Ms. Kennedy worked on estate, trust and guardianship matters in the New York state courts. 

Ms. Kennedy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Political Science from the University at Buffalo in 2003. Upon graduation, she joined the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C., working in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, advocating U.S. policy locally and abroad through a premier professional exchange program for foreign diplomats. Ms. Kennedy earned her Juris Doctor in 2008 from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  While attending law school, Ms. Kennedy served as President of the International Law Society. As a member of Moot Court, Ms. Kennedy ranked as a “Top Ten Litigator” in both the First-Year Competition and the Intra-School Competition. Ms. Kennedy is a member of the American and New York Bar Associations and is actively involved in the Litigation and International Law sections.
