Mr. Glaspy has been personally involved in the handling and litigation of personal injury, products liability, complex construction, premises liability, motor vehicle accident, wrongful termination and business litigation cases since being admitted to the bar in 1985. In addition, he has successfully managed a case load consisting of the full spectrum of insurance defense and civil litigation matters.

As a result of his success, Mr. Glaspy has also been called upon to handle and try several matters. Mr. Glaspy has enjoyed considerable success for clients in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) when handling pending litigation and claims. He also advises a number of businesses regarding pre-suit strategies and procedures.

Mr. Glaspy earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Santa Clara in 1982 and completed his JD at the University of Santa Clara in 1985. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the Santa Clara County Bar Association, both the American and California Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Defense Counsel.
