Paul Glaspy
Counsel
Following his graduation from college, Mr. Glaspy worked for 3 years as an executive in the underwriting and claim departments of Aetna Insurance Company where he gained extensive knowledge regarding insurance principles and contract administration. His early law career focused upon the interpretation of insurance contracts and the handling of insurance coverage litigation. He became increasingly active in the general and product liability fields as his litigation practice expanded to include participation as lead counsel in numerous personal injury cases through trial.
His experience handling all aspects of serious construction site accident claims led to his involvement in construction defect litigation in the early 1990's. Since that time, his practice has continued to evolve to include significant experience in the litigation of construction defect and payment / delay claims, as well as, the preparation and analysis of project development documentation and on-site consultation. Mr. Glaspy received his BSC degree (finance) from the University of Santa Clara in 1979 and his J.D. from the University of Santa Clara in 1985. He is currently a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers Association, the California Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.
