Mary Kay Glaspy has had an active litigation practice in California for over 19 years representing homebuilders, property owners, business owners, and individuals on a broad range of legal matters. Ms. Glaspy specializes in the representation of developers, general contractors, landowners and other businesses in construction, business, personal injury, toxic tort, and other complex business disputes. Ms. Glaspy works closely with her clients to identify and implement creative and early dispute resolution with an eye on cost efficiency, particularly in the area of construction defect litigation.

Ms. Glaspy's special interests also include construction site injury claims, injury analysis/evaluation, product liability, toxic exposure and mold claims wherein she can use her medical training as a former registered nurse. Ms. Glaspy graduated from Creighton University with a BS in Nursing in 1988, followed by earning her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University in 1991. She is a member of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association, Santa Clara County Bar Association and Contra Costa County Association.
