Mr. Glaspy is one of the most successful and experienced trial attorneys in the insurance defense area, representing all of the major carriers and a wide range of clients in asbestos, silica, and complex pharmaceutical litigation. In addition, over the last 25 years, he has specialized in coverage problems, analysis and litigation for some of the largest insurance carriers in the country. He has supervised over 15,000 asbestos cases that have been coordinated, computerized, handled and litigated in our firm's geographical territory as well as directed several nationwide cases for a number of our clients.

Mr. Glaspy has tried over fifty asbestos to verdict in over 20 different states. He has also assisted in the coordination setting up computerized docketing systems for DES cases as well as asbestos, silica and complex pharmaceutical litigation. He has done extensive work in the products field for almost all of the firm's clients and continues to handle multimillion dollar advertising injury disputes as well as copyright infringement matters.

Mr. Glaspy was awarded his undergraduate degree by the University of Santa Clara in 1977 and earned his J.D. from the University of Santa Clara School of Law in 1980. In addition, he has done graduate work at the University of San Francisco in the area of Toxic and Hazardous Waste Management. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Defense Counsel, California Trial Lawyers Association, Contra Costa Bar Association, Alameda County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute
