Eric Fields is an associate with the firm's New York City office and handles the defense of matters for M&K's general liability and asbestos groups. As a trial attorney, Mr. Fields has taken numerous civil jury trials to verdict. Mr. Fields began his legal career with the Kings County (NY) District Attorney's office as a prosecutor. In addition to working at several New York firms as a trial attorney, Mr. Fields also served as General Counsel to HELP USA a national not-for-profit organization.

In 2007, Mr. Fields joined the staff of the New York State Attorney General's office and coordinated a number of projects on behalf of then Attorney General Andrew M. Cuomo. Mr. Fields received his undergraduate degree in History from Fordham University and upon graduation served three years as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Fordham University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
