Elizabeth C. Grabey


Elizabeth Grabey is an associate in McGivney, Kluger & Cook’s Philadelphia office. Ms. Grabey focuses on civil litigation matters, including general liability and asbestos. Prior to joining McGivney, Kluger & Cook, Ms. Grabey worked at a boutique law firm in Philadelphia handling case management, motions practice, and trial preparation for products liability cases.  

During law school, Ms. Grabey served as secretary of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) in her second year and president in her third year. In addition, she was a staff member of the Widener Journal of Law, Economics and Race during her second and third years. She had a law review article published in the Widener Journal of Law, Economics and Race in February 2014. The article is entitled "Human Trafficking in the United States: A Perspective on Domestic Legislation at the Federal and State Levels.” In Ms. Grabey’s last year of school, she was a student intern in the Veterans Law Clinic, which is a pro bono litigation program assisting low-income and disabled veterans and their families with benefit denials.  

Ms. Grabey obtained her undergraduate degree from Columbia University, and graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
