Mr. Dunne is a partner in McGivney & Kluger's Commercial Transportation, General Liability, and Professional Liability Practice Groups. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey and practices out of our New York and Philadelphia offices.

Peter works very closely with our attorneys in our California and New England offices on a wide variety of matters, including all types of commercial automobile and transportation matters, as well as construction, personal injury, employment practices, and workers' compensation matters. He has extensive litigation experience in defending these cases. Moreover, he has substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution and has taken verdicts in New York.

He received his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Villanova University in 2001. Peter graduated with his J.D. from Hofstra in 2004 and during his time in law school was the Managing Editor of the Journal of International Business and Law. Additionally, he was recognized in Who’s Who Among American Law Students.
