Ms. Dumont is an associate in the asbestos department at the firm’s Syracuse office.  She graduated summa cum laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey.  During college Ms. Dumont had the opportunity to intern at the United Nations and assist in the drafting of international cyber-terrorism research.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York.  During law school Ms. Dumont interned at the Office of the Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.  Prior to joining McGivney & Kluger, Ms. Dumont was a litigation associate at a medium sized firm in Binghamton, New York and focused her practice on personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability.  She is currently admitted to practice in both New York State and Federal court.
