Mr. Clarke has over twenty-five years of experience handling litigation involving toxic torts, construction defects and product and premises liability. He has taken many matters to trial and is also quite experienced in handling all levels of appellate work. He is admitted to practice in California, the United States District courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Clarke received his Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric from the University of California, at Berkeley in 1981, and his Juris Doctorate from the Boalt Hall School of Law at UC Berkeley in 1984. He is a member of the State Bar of California, Bar Association of San Francisco and the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
