Rachael N. Clark
Associate
Ms. Clark is an associate in the firm’s Asbestos Litigation Practice Group in the New York City office. Prior to joining M&K, Ms. Clark's law practice focused on No-Fault insurance defense in the State Courts of New York and AAA arbitrations. She has engaged in all phases of pre-trial practice and litigation, and has successfully conducted numerous bench trials, arbitrations, and appeals before the Appellate Term of the Second Judicial Department of New York's Appellate Division.
Ms. Clark earned her undergraduate degree in Religion from Colgate University, and completed her law degree at the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University, Bloomington. A member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association, Ms. Clark is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York. In September 2011, she began a three year term as a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Pro Bono and Legal Services Committee. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Clark lived in Moscow, Russia, where she worked as a copy editor at an English language newspaper and then as a communications coordinator at an international accounting and consulting firm. She speaks Russian and French.
