Mr. Baum is an experienced civil litigator who has tried more than 100 cases in State and New Jersey Federal District Court, including the argument of cases before the Appellate Division involving a wide range of legal issues including medical malpractice, damages only serious injury cases, CEPA, LAD, products liability, premises liability, construction defect, and breach of contract cases. In addition, he has also handled many unusual and complex cases.

Mr. Baum received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 1965 (B.S., Business Administration) and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1971. Mr. Baum received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Army after serving in Vietnam. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey State and Federal District Courts. He has prepared and participated in numerous mock trials to assist clients in risk control and in understanding the judicial process.
