Stephanie Batchelder is currently an associate in our firm’s Boston office. She practices in the areas of toxic torts, product liability and general liability. Prior to joining McGivney & Kluger, Ms. Batchelder clerked at various Boston firms handling general litigation matters. She also interned for a Massachusetts State Representative where she was instrumental in drafting stricter drug trafficking laws, specifically regarding methamphetamines.

 In 2006, Ms. Batchelder received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, in English from Suffolk University. In 2009, she was awarded her J.D. from New England School of Law.

 Ms. Batchelder is admitted to practice law in the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
