SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Ms. Rogers is a senior associate with M&K, currently working out of the New York City office. She is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State bars and is pending admission before the U.S. District Court for the Districts of New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. Ms. Rogers practices in the areas of toxic torts, product liability, and general liability. More specifically, she is experienced in preparing corporate representatives and expert witnesses for depositions and trial testimony, assisting managing partners in oversight of litigation throughout the country as National Coordinating Counsel for large multi-jurisdictional clients, organizing and overseeing associates and staff in large discovery projects, preparing and giving presentations regarding litigation trends and defense strategies for clients, insurance carriers, and local counsel, and taking discovery and expert depositions.
In 2000, Ms. Rogers received her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of North Florida, and in 2003 she obtained her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School. After attending law school, Ms. Rogers clerked for the Honorable Darlene J. Pereksta, JSC, Superior Court of New Jersey. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Civil Litigation and Environmental Law sections.
