Amy Russoniello

Senior Associate

Ms. Russoniello is a Senior Associate in MK&C’s Florham Park, New Jersey office, where her practice is focused on environmental and toxic tort litigation.

Ms. Russoniello began her legal career in 2004, as an Associate at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney& Carpenter LLP in Morristown, New Jersey, as a member of the commercial litigation group, with a focus on toxic tort defense.  She also worked for K& L Gates’ New York office as a contract attorney in that same capacity.

Ms. Russoniello also worked as Of Counsel to her father’s law practice, The Law Offices of Savino J. Russoniello, located in West Orange, New Jersey.  Her diverse practice focused on such areas as workers’ compensation, personal injury, and zoning and land use.

Recently, Ms. Russoniello worked as a Claims Specialist at both CNA, in Cranbury, New Jersey, and Crum & Forster, in Morristown, New Jersey, assessing claims in the environmental, mass tort, pollution, and construction defect groups.

Prior to beginning her legal career, Ms. Russoniello clerked for The Honorable Madeline Cox Arleo, U.S. Magistrate Judge, and current U.S. District Judge, for the District of New Jersey, and interned for The Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh, U.S. District Judge for the District of New Jersey.

Ms. Russoniello graduated from Seton Hall University, magna cum laude, in 1998, and went on to graduate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2003.  In law school, Ms. Russoniello was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law International Law Fraternity, and was Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Ms. Russoniello was admitted to practice before New Jersey state courts and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2003.  She was admitted to practice before the state courts of New York in 2004.

Ms. Russoniello has a passion for the arts, and is a vocalist and community theatre performer.  She is also an active member of Family Reach Foundation, a charitable organization that benefits children who suffer from cancer and other serious pediatric illnesses.
