Ms. Nixon is an associate in the firm's New York City office practicing in the areas of toxic tort and products liability litigation. She handles all aspects of the defense of various clients involved in NYCAL, including discovery, motion practice, jury selection and trial. She conducts and defends asbestos depositions, and recently began serving as second chair at trial in NYCAL cases.

Prior to joining M&K, Ms. Nixon served as a law clerk for the Honorable Stephen C. Hansbury in the Morris County, New Jersey Superior Court and was an attorney in the New Jersey based insurance defense firm  of McLaughlin & Cooper. She received her B.A. from Rutgers University in 2003 and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2006. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
