Nancy Giacumbo appointed to the NJ Supreme Court Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law

The New Jersey Supreme Court ("NJSC") is charged with the responsibility of appointing twenty-one attorneys with staggered three years terms to the state's Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law ("Committee"). This Committee has wide-ranging decision making authority over disputes regarding the proper practice of law. It investigates grievances and responds to inquiries regarding if certain actions constitute the unauthorized practice of law in New Jersey. M&K is proud to announce that on June 28, 2011, the NJSC signed an order appointing Nancy Giacumbo, Esq. to the Committee. Her work will provide needed support and oversight for the New Jersey Courts and Bar, thereby providing protection to the citizens of New Jersey.
