The firm maintains offices in suburban Morris County, New Jersey (Florham Park), New York City (Downtown Manhattan) Center City, Philadelphia, Syracuse, New York and Farmington, Connecticut. Clients are represented in all counties of New Jersey through our Morris County office. Our New York City location enables us to handle lawsuits throughout the five boroughs of New York City as well as Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and Rockland Counties. Our Syracuse office is responsible for the defense of claims in Upstate, New York. The Farmington, Connecticut office was opened in January 2005, to defend all Connecticut matters including the State’s asbestos litigation.
The firm’s Sparta, NJ office was opened in late 2005 to expand the range of the firm’s offerings and to serve a growing area of New Jersey. In January 2007, the firm opened its Wilmington, Delaware office to directly handle the growing toxic tort filings in that jurisdiction. Our Boston and Rhode Island offices were opened on January 2, 2008 to defend asbestos and an array of insurance defense matters in New England. The firm’s Fort Lauderdale, Florida office opened on February 1, 2010 and will be managing a number of insurance defense matters as well as the growing southeastern asbestos litigation.
