Kerry Moore joined the firm in 2010 and is currently an associate in our firm's Boston office. Her practice focuses on the cost-effective defense of complex toxic tort and product liability cases on a local, regional and national level.

Ms. Moore received her undergraduate degree in 1998 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and received both a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a Master of Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine in 2005. 

Ms. Moore’s experience and interests within the field of public health include:

• the analysis of insurance and hospital corporate transactions as related to public policy;
• the legal concerns in non-profit to for-profit hospital conversions;
• the legal concerns associated with social security disability benefits and Mass Health benefits; as well as
• issues related to nursing home and Medicaid spend downs.
