Mr. Intoccia is a partner with the law firm of McGivney & Kluger and based in the Firm’s Florham Park, New Jersey office. Mr. Intoccia has 20 years of experience litigating various types of complex product liability cases and oversees the firm’s General Liability Department. Mr. Intoccia has also litigated many toxic tort matters including, diacetyl, lead paint, chemical exposure and is national coordinating counsel for mold claims for two major insurance carriers.  He has also defended a wide variety of medical device actions and pharmaceutical claims.

Mr. Intoccia received his undergraduate degree from Marywood College in 1987 and his J.D. in 1991 from Seton Hall University School of Law. He served as law secretary to the Honorable Peter Ciolino, Assignment Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey and also served as in-house for CNA Insurance Company.

Mr. Intoccia is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Court of New Jersey and Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
