Frank C. B. Friestedt is a Partner practicing in New Jersey and in Pennsylvania. He manages two offices of McGivney and Kluger. Mr. Friestedt has over twenty five years experience in the defense of civil trial matters. As a senior trial lawyer, Mr. Friestedt is experienced in complex litigation and toxic torts as well as defending various civil litigation focused on medical issues. Mr. Friestedt’s practice has included defense of a manufacturer of spinal fixation devices in federal class action litigation, and has defended litigation involving injuries allegedly associated with exposure to diacetyl. Mr. Friestedt is National Coordinating Counsel for a current client and has served with National Coordinating Counsel for various major corporations during his career. His experience includes defense of medical issues in litigation. He has worked with numerous medical expert witnesses in preparation for and at trial.
