Robert Baum is a senior trial attorney at the firm of McGivney & Kluger, P.C. based in the Florham Park Office. His practice involves litigation of a wide variety of matters.

Bob has more than 25 years experience representing hospitals, in a myriad of matters, principally medical malpractice, but they also include allegations of improper use of medications and medical devices, among others. Accordingly, he has vast experience representing a wide variety of medical professionals and hospital administrators. His background also includes preparation and trial of a variety of products liability matters.

Bob received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 1965 (B.S., Business Administration) and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1971. Mr. Baum received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Army after serving in Vietnam. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey State and Federal District Courts. He has prepared and participated in numerous mock trials to assist clients in risk control and in understanding the judicial process.
