Associate Attorney (Florham Park, NJ) – (Asbestos Department) 1-3 years of litigation experience. Applicants must have excellent writing skills and a strong academic background. NJ admission required. Previous experience in insurance defense preferable.

Associate Attorney (Philadelphia, PA) – (Asbestos Department) 1-3 years of litigation experience. Applicants must have excellent writing skills and a strong academic background. PA admission required, DE admission desirable. Previous experience in toxic tort/asbestos defense preferable.

Associate Attorney (Philadelphia, PA) – (General Liability Department) 1-3 years of litigation experience. Applicants must have excellent writing skills and a strong academic background. PA admission required, DE admission desirable. Previous experience in insurance defense preferable.

Associate Attorney (Fort Lauderdale, FL) - 1-3 years of litigation experience. Applicants must have excellent writing skills and a strong academic background. FL admission required. Previous experience in insurance defense preferable.

Legal Secretary (Wilmington, DE) – Applicants should have 2-3 years of proven experience as a legal secretary in defense litigation. Candidates should have familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system as well as satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office. Computer literacy (specifically Microsoft Office) is required. 

Paralegal (New York, NY) – 1-2 years of experience. Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to prioritize and multitask. Previous experience in defense litigation preferable.

Nurse Paralegal (New York, NY) – Applicants must have 5+ years of Nurse Paralegal or Medical Litigation Paralegal experience. RN or LVN is a plus.

Paralegal (Syracuse, NY) - Applicants must have 2-5 years of experience preferably in the defense litigation field. Candidates should be extremely organized and detailed oriented.
