Legal Secretary (Philadelphia, PA) - Our Philadelphia office seeks an experience legal secretary to join our team!

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office effectiveness.
Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence.
Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars.
Assist attorneys with monitoring and tracking billable time.

Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience as a legal secretary in defense litigation.
Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system.
Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office.
Computer literacy (specifically Microsoft Office).
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Deadline and detail-oriented.Associate Attorney (Fort Lauderdale, FL) - Our Fort Lauderdale, FL office seeks a dynamic associate with 0-2 years of litigation experience. Applicants must have excellent writing skills and a strong academic background. FL admission required. Previous experience in insurance defense preferable.

Associate (New York, NY)  Our Manhattan office seeks a dynamic mid-level associate with 4+ years of litigation experience. Applicants must have excellent writing skills and a strong academic background; trial experience a plus. NY admission required. Prior experience in asbestos and/or mass tort litigation preferred.

Entry-Level Associate (New York, NY)  - Our New York City office seeks to add an associate with 1-2 years of defense experience. Experience/interest in asbestos, toxic tort and general liability defense is desirable as are excellent writing skills and deposition experience.  NY bar admission is required.  Applicants are asked to submit a writing sample with their resume and cover letter.
