At present our firm has positions available in the following areas:
NYC Office- Senior Litigation Attorney to support NY trial group. Candidate must have at least 10-12 years experience and be barred in the state of NY. Trial background in either the medical malpractice, products liability and/or toxic tort area is required. Salary and compensation package will be based upon background and experience.
NYC Office- Sr. Associate with 4-5 years of experience wanted in our NYC office to assist partner with large inventory of asbestos cases. Must have toxic tort/asbestos background. Excellent salary and bonus potential for the right candidate.
Wilmington, DE / Philadelphia, PA- Sr. Associate/Trail Lawyer with at least 6-7 years experience to work with litigation team. Great opportunity for the right person. Excellent salary and benefits. Position will be based out of our Philadelphia office. Travel required.
Northern NJ / Philadelphia / Syracuse, NY Offices- 2-3 year associates wanted in these offices to assist partnership with deposition appearances, brief writing, case mgt. and trial preparation. All candidates are required to be licensed in each state of hire. Some travel involved for each position. Salary and compensation will be based on experience levels. Great benefit package.
